Budget Deficit Falls by 17.57 Percent:
October 2004 = $57.300 billion deficit. The answer of course is nowhere. You will not see news in the paper if it might reflect positively on Bush. Meanwhile Mark Warner a "moderate" has a budget surplus padding his approval ratings.
October 2005 = $47.231 billion deficit.
