Let the Judge smearing begin!

Ok so the judge smearing has already been going on. One thing I wanted to point out though was the cognitive dissonance all over the place. Notice how the press has taken the term "judical activism" and attempted to throw it back in conservatives faces. By doing that they are basically saying "it's ok for liberal judges but not for judges that are remotely conservative". For the record conservatives don't want ANY kind of judical activism. We DO want judges that we trust to uphold the law and the constitution. The liberal activist judges who are on the benches today do not fit that bill.
