THis is good news, apparently there's a Turnaround in Baghdad.
Of course if things improve Bush will get no credit. However the Democrats are so invested in defeat at this point it's hard to see them benefitting either.
That of course could be why they are having these "non-binding" resolutions, to get Republicans on record with them so they can claim their irresponsible actions were bipartisan.
